Summary:

This is the worst DVD authoring software I have ever tried, simply because it does not accept DVD ready MPEG2 files but only demuxed files or avi. Can you believe it??

Summary:

This is one of the worst software experiences I have ever encountered. The product has some decent features but is exceptionally glitchy. If you have a complex project to build you may be in trouble. The program has difficulty handling even common video/audio codecs such as MPEG-2, DV, and AVI without constantly crashing. Pinnacle technical support is not interested in actually solving the problem and response time is terrible (sometimes as long as 2 or 3 days).

Customer Service:

The support people seemed to care less.
