Review 3 of 3

Model Reviewed:
60CT-1 Flash Unit w/NiCad battery

Summary:
If you shoot lots flash pictures for long hours, do consider this beast. Probably will outlast your stamina at the end of the day. Despite bouncing the light, you still get good depth of field with smaller apertures used. Less of bells and whistles will also mean you have less to worry about and less replaced parts when damaged. Selecting the film speed and desired working aperture is all you have to do. Powerful and simple flash to use.

Strengths:
Ample power for most situations. Very very fast recycling time. High capacity. Eg. ASA100 film @f5.6 on auto mode gives more then 20 rolls of 36 exp film.(Direct flash). Wide range of apertures to select on the auto mode.

Weaknesses:
Auto accuracy shifted only after 6 years of heavy usage.

Similar Products Used:
Metz 45 CT-4, Nikon SB-24, SB-20, SB-23, SB-16.

Customer Service:
Average. Could do better. Lack of service support - accessories and parts not readily available. No Pro back-up support from the Singapore Metz dealer.
