Summary:

this is one tough and bulkiest big "overall" BANGS speedlites, the results are very good, but charging aren't possible to rely on, specially when we need a long shooting session, works well if the green lights indicator blinks sufficiently.

Strengths:

lots of optional lighting modes and accurate metering

Weaknesses:

just bulky and suffering shoulders, the battery nicd-packs, out of strengths, bucks demanding

Summary:

I have been running test rolls on the 480-EG with a Canon A2 camera and found it to produce very blotchy, aged faces indoors. I cannot seem to overcome this problem and nobody seems to be able to help me with it either. If anyone out there is having similar problems, please respond.I do agree that the camera and flash work well together in all modes and never totally miss a shot, but I cannot agree that I am getting flattering results.

Very Powerful

Weaknesses:

Very cumbersome
