from Ritz Summary: I bought this product for my ZX7 a few months ago when my knowledge of cameras and flashes was weak. The more I learned, the less impressed I was with my basic flash. It was either on or off. I want to do more with my flash and this one just doesn't cut it when you go beyond the "beginner" phase. Pictures tend to look like a flash was used, something I try to avoid. It is great when you are starting off your new hobbie. Strengths: Size, price, quick recharge, bounce Weaknesses: No swivel, it's either on or off, no options or in betweens Similar Products Used: Just purchased AF 500, top of line for Pentax. Hope it's worth the money or I'll be mad that I got rid of my 220 for it. Customer Service: Never had to use it, thank God.
