Strengths:    Very accurate light control in macro shots.
You also have the option to use both lamps, or either one separately (left or right) for shadow control.

Weaknesses:    The build quality is not as good as the Nikon SB-29s.

    Bottom Line:
I found this flash unit to be very fast and accurate, while being lite.
It also fills the gap Nikon left in the macro flash market, by not releasing an i-TTL unit for their new digital SLRs.
