Review 2 of 3

Summary:

A great tool if you realy have the use for all the features. Simpler items may be easier and more fool proof to opperate when rushed. Lack of familiarity can really slow you down for non common useage.

Strengths:

Handy one piece item that is easy to use when you get used to it. Easy to opperate incident dome adjustment with out removal. Can adjust what programs you want to use. Comes with a comprehensive manual that requires close and in my case repeated study.

Weaknesses:

Easy to operate in the wrong mode when switching to and from spot and incident. Was sent back for servicing with in one year for inaccurate flash readings. Must always check. No cover for the spot lens if that is an issue with you.

Similar Products Used:

Nothing really comparable.

Customer Service:

In Australia pretty slow. Great urgency was expressed before any movement was made by the repair facility. Felt I was just an other turkey, great dificulty getting to speak to the repair person. Blocked by non opperative.
