Strength:

Multi-flash TTL metering.
Compact and reliable.
Good power output.

Weakness:

Delicate shoe.
High cost.
High cost accessories.
Limited bounce options without Power Handle 2.

I've been using these since they first came out, suffered a couple of broken shoes over the years (repaired) and now have four of them with all of the gear needed to connect them all together for TTL flash metering. A little but not a lot short of having a regular studio strobe setup without the need for a flash meter or complicated calculations. Highly portable too. Plugged into my OM-4, on three stands and firing through inflatable diffusers, i get results that would take a suitcase of other gear to accomplish. The mulit-flash TTL metering of the OM system was the reason I adopted Olympus equipment many years ago in the first place. On its own, just one in the hot shoe, it performs just as you would expect a dedidated flash to perform... but nothing special. If you like to travel light and be sufficiently equipped this is the way to go for a 35mm film camera guy.

Strength:

Works very well with OM system. Powerful: GN = 32 Head tilts upward for bounce flash or downward for close-up, in horizontal format. Accommodates off-camera TTL flash using an Olympus extension cord. Uses widely available AA batteries. Can be used with Olympus Bounce Grip 2, an on-camera bracket with a bigger power source for longer battery life.

Weakness:

Head doesn''t swivel for bounce flash in vertical format. Output suitable for 24mm lens or longer but no zoom facility to concentrate the light for longer lenses. Too heavy for its own strength: a cracked foot is a common fault with T32s that have been used a lot. Battery compartment lid is thin, brittle plastic with tabs that are easily broken.

A fairly powerful flash for Olympus OM cameras, that works in manual, auto or TTL mode.
