from B&H Photo Summary: I bought this teleconverter when I bought my 70-200. So far I've had great results shooting wide open at F4, and better results when stopped down a stop or two. Strengths: IQ isn't very noticeable when stopped down a stop or two Weaknesses: Will degrade image quality, but is much cheaper than buying the 300 F2.8 VR Similar Products Used: Sigma 2x Converter, Nikon TC-2 Customer Service: Haven't had to use it for the TC, but have used it before and have nothing but good things to say about them.
