Price Paid: $175.00 from local camera shop

Summary:

I found the lens extreemely well made and focus was quite smooth. I had the very 1st version which didnt seem to have very much multicoating -yet i didnt have a flare problem-(i use a lens hood or my hand to block stray light) The lens is very sharp -especailly stopped down to 5.6 or 8.

Strengths:

well made and quite sharp too

Weaknesses:

alittle heavy
