Strengths: - Light
- sharp
- 1:2 macro
- no vignetting so farWeaknesses: - the slot that shows distance doesn't have a glass or plastic cover. It made me worry while taking a few shots in the Utah desert. But sand didn't get in. So, I am not quite sure if 'making the user worry' is a weakness. ;)
- a bit expensive for a 28-80 kit lens so I'm giving it 4 stars in the value rating.Bottom Line: Light, sharp. If you find it slow, just use a faster film like the NPZ 800 or Agfa Vista 800. Zeiss lenses really make the colors pop.
