Bottom Line:   
I've had a TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE with VIVITAR customer service - they are incompetent and awful - couldn't resolve issue, didn't know products, lied to me about sending a replacement product. SO I'M TRYING TO WARN AS MANY PEOPLE AS POSSIBLE TO BEWARE.
