Price Paid:  $800.00

Summary:
Just maybe the perfect field lens. It can be used as a normal lens for 8x10 (my use) or as a telephoto lens for 4x5. It's excellent as a macro lens and makes a fabulous enlarger lens. The 67mm filter size means you can use filters from other systems with a stepup ring (72). I use 67mm filters from my Pentax 645 system and 72mm filters from my Canon system. The large image circle in use surprised me. Schneider quality is a given. This lens is a best buy.

Strengths:
Compact, large image circle, very sharp, and versatile.

Weaknesses:
None.

Summary:
This is just a perfect field lens, its size, weight and general handling is ideal for use as a telephoto on 4x5, and the best part is that there is image circle that you will never get to use!
Optical performance is typical Schneider, - first class. A highly recommended lens.

Strengths:
Compact size, large image circle, APO performance in the close focussing range, excellent performance as an all round lens.
Perfect for field work.

Weaknesses:
None, even focussing is no problem in an outdoor situation. have never used it indoors.
