The 75-300mm's rear focusing mechanism is comprised of a single-element unit, to enable remarkably fast and nearly silent HD video recordings with sound.

Strength:

Light weight of lens is the merit of taking super tele shots by hand-held.
Super zoom focal length from 150mm to 600mm.for m4/3 users.

Weakness:

A relative small aperture of f/4.8-6.7 in case of dim lighting condition.
No distance-index selector on the lens.

This is the super zoom lens of focal length from 150mm to 600mm ( in term of 135) for m4/3 system. Superp optical quality and compact design with MSC.
Although it's aperture is f/4.8-6.7, it shows good performance in shooting at sunny days.
