Strength:

Sharpness, quality of construction, small size, light weight, ease of AF/MF switching

Weakness:

None.

This is one brilliant lens. One of the finest I've ever owned in over 30 years of photography. Very sharp. Optically excellent. All metal construction. Locking lens hood standard. Switching to and from MF couldn't be easier. This is where we see the advantages of the M4/3 system, smaller lenses to go with smaller bodies. Sony is doing good things with their smaller EVF bodies, but the lenses are still full sized, negating much of the advantage. Olympus has more PRO lenses coming soon and I hope they're all as good as this one. If so, the OM-D E-M1 will be a very useful system camera to a wide variety of professional or serious amateurs.
