This is a truly oustanding lens, that really has no competition. This lens has superb optical performance in a small package , while providing a large image circle. For field work this is a lens that simply cannot be beat. Must rate as one of the all-time best lens designs.
Not cheap, but one lens that is worth what ever you have to pay for it.

80 degree image circle, with apo standard image quality, in an reasonably small size.

No competition at this focal length, everyone elses lenses are either too large or not enough image circle.
