Product Description

This telephoto lens is slightly faster then its PE135 and PE180 counterparts. Because of it's resolving power and focal length it is an excellent portrait lens. It is also great for wildlife, architectural details, product photography.

Strengths:    Fast, sharp, contrasty, lightweight, fairly compact and since it has leaf shutter...it syncs through ALL shutter speeds and the PE has half stop clicks. I like it better than the heavier and longer 180 PE.

Weaknesses:    Absolutely none!

Bottom Line:
In my humble opinion, the BEST lens for the ETRSi! Sharp as a razor, great contrast, and it is small, not much bigger than the standard 75mm lens. With a 3.5 aperture, it is plenty fast. I use it for portraits, I recommend a lindahl type lens shade (the 150mm Bronica lens shade is okay but once you use a drop in filter system...you can't go back).

Strengths:    easy to use, sharp, uniform colours across 50,75 and 150 lenses.

Weaknesses:    The leaf shutters make them as expensive as cheap af-645 lenses(Pentax).

Bottom Line:
Having used this lens for a couple of years now,I can happily report that the more competent I get at photography, the better the results I`m getting. It is sharp from fully open to f22 and has been utterly reliable. The same applies for the pe75 and pe150.
