Review 1 of 6

Price Paid:  $869.00

Summary:

I really like this lens. I use it in conjunction with a 645E, and it has always produced crisp images.

Strengths:

Very Sharp, Fast, not to heavy

Weaknesses:

When taking photos of orange ropes against a blue sky, the colours seemed to disperse a wee little bit.

Similar Products Used:

This is my first adventure into medium format.

Customer Service:

No problems.

Review 5 of 6

Price Paid:  $450.00 from Used, pro seminar

Summary:

A good middle-gound lens falling between the smaller and sharper 55/2.8, and the slower and not-as-good 35/3.5. It's like a 28mm on a 35mm camera... for many, the first-choice wide-angle. Plus it's very affordable, used, on eBay.

Strengths:

Solid, affordable, very good

Weaknesses:

At this prince-point, very few.

Similar Products Used:

55/2.8-incredible lens, small and sharp.
35/3.5-very wide, though not as good.

Customer Service:

Top notch.
