Strengths:    Great Prices, Quality and speedy printing.

Weaknesses:    web site, but gets the job done!

Bottom Line:   
Was hesitant due to prior reviews and prices seemed to-good to be true! Ordered my first Panaromic and it was great! The price is even better!!!!!! Just ordered my second one this weekend and it has already shipped! Great turn-around. Shipping is very reasonable!! Will continue to use for pans!

Strengths:    NONE! I can't believe this company is still in business!

Weaknesses:    everything!

Bottom Line:   
I had minimal turn around time on some basketball team photos I took for a local community center. I was hired last minute and the photos were taken towards the end of the season. Through EZprints.com I uploaded my photos, ordered the correct amounts and paid for one day shipping on wednesday the 3rd, to ensure that I would get the photos before my deadline. I promised my clients the photos by Sunday the 7th. It is now Tuesday the 9th and I still have NO photos! I have been waiting almost a full week for photos and I still have no explanation from the company. Nor is there a phone number anywhere that you can reach the company directly. The only way to communicate with them is via email and wait for a response, if you are lucky enough to get one. I will never use ezprints again.

Strengths:    Excellent quality prints.

Weaknesses:    Awkward web site

Bottom Line:   
I have used this excellent service for four years. The prints are of a very high quality, both paper and canvas.

Very good service, on one occasion I ordered some large canvas prints but when printed they were inappropriately sized to fit a gallery wrap. EZPrints cheerfully sent a full refund. I continue to use the service enthusiastically.

Strengths:    * Excellent print quality
* Glossy and matte prints at all sizes
* Panorama print support at either 6" or 12" high
* Wide variety of print size options
* Excellent prices
* Targeted at savvier audience than the dumbed-down Ofoto.com
* Wicked-fast processing and shipment
* Low-cost Priority Mail service
* Superior customer service
* Variety of upload options, including http, Java, ActiveX, offline CD/Zip shipment, and offline batch via client software ($$, see below)

Weaknesses:    * Photographs expire and are deleted after a period, so you have to re-upload your old favorites if you ever decide to reprint them.
* Interface is a little bit unpolished, but it gets the job done
* Online upload tools are a trifle cumbersome
* Must pay for offline upload software

Bottom Line:   
EZ Prints provides fantastic service with high-quality prints and support for a variety of sizes, including panorama.

The EZ Prints service is targeted more directly at print services, whereas pBase.com focuses solely on sharing photos. If only these two services could join forces (and both hire Human Factors Engineers to redesign their sites!).
