Strength:

Strong lens and sharp pictures, solid body, nice looking exterior of the camera at an affordable price

Weakness:

Not enough details on LCD display

Finally, this camera is a great economical and efficient way to take pictures indoors, outdoors and even for sports. Nothing too special, but a strong no-nonse camera at a very, very affordable price. It takes the best pictures I ever had, at least for me as a casual photographer

Strength:

Photo backward counting.
Decent price.

Weakness:

Heavy.
Overexposure esepcailly at nighttime.

For a $79 camera. It is not a bad one. Zoom only goes to 90. But usually I don't use that feature. Picture is reasonably sharp, however it tends to have overexposure. Too bright.

Customer Service

No idea.

Strength:

takes pretty good pictures, mostly in focus

Weakness:

Hard to tell where zoom pics will end up and a lot of times photos are over exposed. The battery seems to wear out pretty quickly (I had a battery in my Ricoh for two years and it just kept on going -- this one I've had to replace the battery already and I've only had it since May)

I guess I was spoiled by my Ricoh. I could take a roll of 24 pics and get back 24 pics I was really happy with. I take a roll of 24 now and if I'm happy with half of them that's saying something. I had checked with Consumer Reports ratings on cameras before I went shopping and just never expected that I wouldn't like their choices. I can't (at this point) give this camera a high rating. Its like it doesn't know what I want focused and it can't understand the lighting situations. I just never had these issues with my Ricoh. Overall, I think there must be a better camera out there somewhere, I just don't have the cash to buy it.

Customer Service

no experience with that yet

I had a Ricoh camera for ages and loved it but the electronics on it finally gave out. I wish now I had paid the money to have it fixed instead of buying new.

Strength:

Great picture quality for price i pay at $65. Picture came out very clear.

Weakness:

Sometimes red eye reduction doesn't seem to be working. But most of time it is working fine. Push button for taking picture is little bit slow. You won't be able to take rapid pictures. Time and date stamp is hard to see in dark background pictures.

Excellent product at reasonable price tag. I got this from ebay auction at $65. Picture qualtity is good. Night time picture quality is also good. For the price I paid, this is excellent choice with red eye reduction, 90mm zoom. Time and date. No panaroma mode which I don't need for beginner like me.
