Model Reviewed: Maxima Zoom 130 QD

Strength:

Very smooth and quiet. Cool design - slightly differeny from others. It was a very good value.

Weakness:

No

So far excellent. The camera size vs. zoom range is great - but ya need small fingers to work the buttons. I was rather reluctent when my dealer showed me Samsung, but when compared to others in store, it was best value. The mechanical sound (zoom and film advance) is very subtantial sounding. Looks like Samsung is trying very hard to become big time - center stage of my local dealers shelf - so I assume dealer is getting very good deals and promotions from Samsung. I paid $150, which included a soft case and 3 year extended warrenty, which greatly helps to calm my fears with Samsung brand.

Strength:

Good zoom; feels good in hand; not bulky
easy to load; takes quality pictures

Weakness:

Have trouble with step timer works occasionally; some pictures fuzzy(operator problem)

Has the same features as the Canon 135, but paid about 80 dollars less. Would reccomend to a casual photographer.
