Produce very unique GREEN color that makes you want to shoot more and more!

OK skin color, but do not hesitate to use it for portrait. I tried indoors, outdoors, dawn, dusk time and the result are all good.

And one more thing, it is quite hard to scan it correctly. Try sending this film to lab for print + scan, and you will find the printed one is much better. Solution: Use software to make the scan quality near to printed one.

One of the best film in its class, for me it is better than Superia 400 that makes the skin color too white under the sun. Vivid color and saturation, very sharp, good contrast and acceptable skin tone. Overall I rate this film my second choice for color negative after Kodak Ektar 100.

I used this film whenever Fujicolor Superia 100 wasn't available. It delivers very good results. The grain is not as fine as Superia 100, but it isn't too coarse. Colours are quite balanced and don't have the saturated reds of Superia 100. Overall, this is a very good film that works in most conditions.

Overall excellent value for money for an 'everyday' film. I used to use Fuji reala and NPS/NPH, but superia 200 I find equally as good as NPS if not better, providing excellent colour and clarity.

I came to Fuji after some terrible experiences with Kodak. Kodak do great movie film but seem to have taken their eye off the ball with still film. I've used the Fuji film all round the world and every time I'm amazed by just how good it is. Don't forget that the quality of the printing makes all the difference. A good digital minilab is essential. In the UK, Boots do a good service but make sure they do it in-store on a Fuji digital minilab. If the cost of this or any other film is an issue, you can always get cheap film but it only devalues your time!

I hear mixed results from people with this film..but with me, you have to understand that I use a point-and-shoot camera. From my experience, not just with my P+S camera but with other peoples'', I''ve learned most P+S cameras take pics that have a slightly cool tinge to every picture. So with this film, I find it''s tendency to oversaturate reds (though not as much as its 100 ISO counterpart) balances the spectrum perfectly. Your getting a better deal with this then the 100..the pictures are just as sharp and grainless, while the contrast and oversaturated redness is toned down. You''ll also get slightly better performance indoors.

Skin tones - under mixed lightning people look red, just like after tragedy on a sandpaper factory.

I am not an expert. When i started i decided to use only Fujifilm. I used this film only yesterday and the results are good. Saturation is excellent and colours are true. For what it costs, i dare you to find a better film.

A very good all around film for the dollar. Cheap if bought in 4 packs. I am not a professional, but I do shoot alot and I do not want to pay top dollar for every roll of film I shoot. Thats where this stuff comes in handy. It''s not the best film, but it''s certainly not the worst either! Fuji is known for good colors, and it shows here. grain is nothing to rave about, but not not nasty either. This is the film I have used most and think it''s a great value for the money. I recently tried Kodak Royal Gold 200, and I may switch,though.

I''ve done quite an exhaustive experimentation on the following films, sensia 100, reala, superia 100 , superia 200, superia 400, kodak 100, and npl160. as , nowdays i scan all my films on the nikon LS4,. I print out at 720dpi on epson 1200 and do the twickings on photoshop .I took pictures of a scene, and multi cloured logo print on a paper bag to compare colour and asked the critical opinion of some 15 very unprofessional(photograhpy wise )people here in my office as to their preferences. 80 per cent of them pointed at the superia 200 and 400 as the best pictures. The 200 is undoubtedly an amazing film, (for scanning) the coloures pop out , the grain is as fine as the sensia ,very sharp and not too contrasty , its true , however, that some images get a very slight greenish cast which is easily corrected on photoshop. The reala , although finer , in grain, but too muddy for scenics .Superia 400 is also an Excellent film but a little too grainy and contrasty for general use ,.What i find interesting in this thread is the inconsistency of members'' opinions regarding the quality of this film .Maybe, for this film anyway,the printer lab should know what he is doing more so than with other film types

I''ve used it for the last couple of years as my standard film and the results are always acceptable though never outstanding, BUT the best results are always where a semi-pro lab is used for D&P, minilabs just seem to make it turn out with greenish hues

As good if not better that Kodak 200. Cheap, but excellent color rendition. Fine grain.

I have not encountered any weaknesses in this film, except superia 400 can do all this can but is faster.

Excellent cheap film, my choice for 200 speed film. Always good results, but why not use superia 400?
