This film will be replaced with a roll of comparable unexposed film if defective in manufacture, labeling or packaging or if damaged or lost by us or any associated or affiliated company. Except for such replacement, the sale, processing or other handling of this film is without warranty, conditions or liability even though defect, damage or loss is caused by negligence or other fault.
