Price Paid:  $150.00 from Best Buy

Summary:

I bought this printer because I'm not always able to get back to my relatives in time to give them shots of their kids. It's something I can fit in my camera bag and print off when my girlfriend wants something to scrap-book. I have yet to be disappointed with the printer, though my photoshop skills need a touchup.

Strengths:

Quick, convenient, fun, small and not that expensive for the printer itself. cost per print varies from about 40 - 50+ cents depending on where you buy paperpacks

Weaknesses:

sometimes the first prints show signs of dust accumulation, causing white spots, only on the first photo, though. As with all printers, cost per print is a bit higher that at having someone else do it, but that's the price for convenience I guess.

Summary:

Printer has an excellent product but doesn't work as advertised.

Strengths:

Excellant print quality. Prints one photo in 85 seconds and this type of printing never smears.

Weaknesses:

Printer does not print on a full time basis.

This is the first product I've used of this type.

Customer Service:

Tech support is great. They are polite, knowledgabel and helpful. Factory repair on the other hand is not reliable. Did not repair unit and gave bad information for its return the second time. Customer Service is also not relable. Because of the need for the product to be repair or replaced prior to the holidays, they said they would Fed Ex a return label but it never arrived. Now I'm stuck with over $200 worth of printer and printer supplies.
