from Office Max Summary:Printer was great the first few months then I began to see a blue wash over the picture. I changed - many times over - the toner and paper with poor results. Now the printer, with much costly waste is printing shades of pink.. What a let down. I may never use an Epson product again. I take many pictures of everytihng, its very costly to use this printer because of the waste. Customer Service:Picture prints with a blue wash or fully in shades of pink. A lot of money is wasted changeing the toner and ending up with pictures in the trash. Can you help , and change my mind about my Epson!!!

I found no reference info to contact Epson i.e. tech support or customer service in my owners manual or on line until I found this site. Now the printer, with much costly waste is printing shades of pink.. What a let down. I take many pictures of everytihng, its very costly to use this printer because of the waste
