from Micro Center Summary:A Great all around printer. I have it hooked up to my video editing computer.
I doin't use it a whole lot, but when I do it does a good job.
Here lately when I push the power button on the printer does not come on.
One time about 6 months ago It was acting up so I just unplugged the power cord from the printer, left it unplugged for a few days and plugged it back on.
For whatever reason it came back on when I pushed the power button.
Today it is acting up again. I have unplugged the power cable from the printer and hope it comes back on when I re-connect it.
I don't know what causes this to happen. The power switch is not a 'hard on' power switch. That is when you turn it off it is not a physical contact switch. I think it has to do with being in standby and when you push the button it just go into a 'ready' state ready to operate.
