Review 1 of 30

Price Paid:  $299.00 from walmart

Model Reviewed:
Hp photosmart

Summary:

My wife and I bought this printer to output from our Fujifilm 1.3 digital camera. It is performing beautifully. Framable 8x10 prints of his buttox on my own desktop. You can't ask for much more. I'm a shaddy printing shop owner and don't know quality color output to save my life . . . this printer has it. Great fleshtones and body coverage. You must use the photographic papers to achieve the highest quality detail but he looks bigger already.

Strengths:

Very Strong

Weaknesses:

Not enough fourplay to make me happy but he I mean it will go forever.

Similar Products Used:

Pump, and once when I was drunk an eggbeater.

Review 2 of 30

Price Paid:  $140.00 from Walley World (Wal-Ma

Model Reviewed:
P1000

Summary:

I can''t say enough about this printer. This is by FAR the best printer I have ever seen or heard of. I use it to make 4x6 and 8x10 prints from digital camera''s as well as scanned prints. VERY easy to use editing software as well that I''d also rate a 5. Overall, you''d have to see this thing print to believe that the print hadn''t come from the photo lab. VERY impressed, especially for the money paid for it. VERY good deal on clearance (Good ''ol Walley World)

Strengths:

GREAT print quality, VERY easy to use and install with Windows 2000 professional

Weaknesses:

Print cartridges a little expensive, but hey! All of them are.

Similar Products Used:

Many versions of HP printers. Good printers, but this one rules!

Review 4 of 30

Price Paid:  $199.00 from Office Max

Model Reviewed:
Photosmart 1000

Summary:

Bought this printer as I had just purchased my first digital camera and was looking at something that would print photos well and serve my other printer needs too. This is the 5th printer I have purchased in the past 10 years. I am very happy with the ease of setup and quality of prints I have made. I didn't consider this printer at the original price of 299 but it was reduced a 100 dollars while I was looking and that put me over the edge. I am completely happy so far. I had printed some photos on my Lexmark 3200 and this is far superior.

Strengths:

quality, price, ease of use

Weaknesses:

maybe the price of ink cartridges but I haven't bought any yet and maybe they will come down too.

Similar Products Used:

HP lazerjet IIP and a small 340 HP travel printer.

Review 5 of 30

Price Paid:  $200.00 from Staples

Model Reviewed:
HP P1000

Summary:

Printer is pretty easy to use...instructions are easy to follow...prints very good quality photos...of course, this is dependant on how good the original images are (use high megapixels for cleaner images)...great printer for price!

Strengths:

easy to use...highly functional...Smartmedia slot is excellent...4 x 6 slot excellent...nice and silent too

Weaknesses:

haven't really found any yet...

Similar Products Used:

Epson makes similar products but they simply don't compare...HP is the standard when it comes to printers
