$0.00 Summary:Bought this becase I thought HP was the best. NOT! This printer lasted 14 months before the scanner drive would not pass the self test thus rendering this a huge paperweight. Got online with HPChat and all they could offer was another one (refurb). What great customer service:(
Tried to give HP a chance to make good but they lost me and anyone that will listen to me. Strengths:PC free copying! Weaknesses:USB connection was loose out of the box. Copies were really slow even ont the fastest settings. Scanner interface required to many steps. I was slow and the computer interface was horrible.
