Strength:

Price for performance nothing beats this printer

For home and family pictures - great printer

Weakness:

max size is 8.5 x 11 - ( im an amateur photographer, but id have to pay alot more if I wanted to print large sizes).

Only 4 color cartridge means there are better quality photo printers out there, but they are all more expensive and have more expensive ink.

Really good printer. Low cost, low cost ink. good quality prints. I recommend buying kodak paper to go with this printer for photo's. This is a great printer for around the house, I haven't had any problems with it. It scan great, the color is equal to what you would get at any generic photo lab, sometimes you may find their are what appears to be roller marks on the 8.5 x 11 prints, this means you need to recalibrate the printer/ clean print head and the issue will go away. This is general maintenance for an ink jet.

overall great printer, Kodak jsut released new models of these easyshare all in ones and 1 has wireless!! I want it ! =( but its like 200$ so I guess ill wait.

Customer Service

Haven't had any issues requiring customer service

the printer is straight forward.

I have used canon and hp ink jets. But the only printer I would get over a kodak is an epson high quality printer.
