The Xerox 214 Digital Printer/Copier is a versatile, productive multifunction machine that features PC connectivity for dedicated personal printing, or network connectivity for shared printing using an optional Xerox External Ethernet adapter.??The DC214 uses a front-loading 500-sheet paper tray and a 50-sheet bypass feeder, which accepts paper, transparencies, envelopes, labels, and card stock up to 8.5 x 14 inches. It makes up to 100 copies at a time, with the first copy out in six seconds, at up to 14 copies per minute. Reduce or enlarge the original using one of six preset percentages from 50% to 200%. Automatic exposure adjusts for light, dark and colored backgrounds for readable copies each time. The Photo mode makes clear monochrome copies of black and white or color photographs to retain fine details and shading. For file copies or draft documents, the Toner Saver mode yields presentable copies while saving toner.
