from B&H Summary: I have 4 of these little beauties. I use them on super clamps for my Nikon SB800 flashes.
I guess you could also use them on very small SLR’s or on point and shoots. I’m a big fan of the wireless system of Nikon. With these mini’s and a super clamp you can put a flash anywhere.
Strengths: Cheap, light weight, easy to use. Weaknesses: None. Use it for what it is intended.
