from BH Summary: The product is attractive from a price standpoint and the weight max (22lbs). But ballhead did not move freely or smoothly. It was very jumpy, even with the tension loose. Panning feature seemed to work well. Maybe I got a defective head, but based on how mine worked, I would not recommend this head to anyone. I am returning mine and am going to try the Giotto MH1000. Strengths: Price
