I am rather obsessive/compulsive when it comes to mechanical things. I study to the extreme, when deciding on a product. I looked in a store literally for hours looking at many ball heads.
This is the one I purchased! Strengths: Excellent "build quality" for the money.
No loosening after hard use!
It works just as designed/expected. Weaknesses: None! Similar Products Used: I tried several more expensive models in the store. Customer Service: none.
