Kirk Enterprises King Cobra Action Head

After purchasing the King Cobra tripod head, I noticed alittle play in the heads up and down as well as side to side movement. As time went on the play became worse. When I called Kirk Enterprises about the movement at first, they told me the head would have some small play. Now that the movement go worse, I've lost many great bird shots because of the heads play. I recalled Kirk Enterprises and told me the head should have no play at all and to ship the King Cobra head back and they would see what the problem is. Because I live in Canada---there is customs paper work as well as $40.00 shipping fees. I don't recommend the King Cobra head but would take a serious look at the Wimberley Head Version 2, which I have just recently tried and loved it.
