from Helix Camera Summary: I use this with the Magic Ball and I am very happy with its security and build quality. With a Canon D60 and 70-200L it has a definitive click when it engages and the two part release is very assuring. Strengths: Holds well and the two stage release works well. The coupling is suprisingly small and can easily be left on when off the tripod. Weaknesses: The smallish coupling is very unobtrusive but occasionally needs tightening.
