Big heavy super sturdy tripod!! This is the tripod for the big guns, put your 400, 500, or 600mm lenses on this one. It's not light, but it is very, very sturdy. The interchangeable center is a plus, you can set it up with no center column, or add a lateral arm or leveling base, it's all up to you. An all around great choice for long telephotos or a studio tripod.
