Will not stay still in an earthquake

One day I carried this with me all day and did not use it because I had forgotten I was carrying it. On the days that i do use it it takes seconds to set up and get level, it is rock solid in all but heavy winds, and with my back hanging from it half resting on the floor those winds have to be even higher to worry it. I got mine at an amazing price, but would probably pay the going rate for a new one if this got stolen because it really has found a place on my bag.
