Material not sturdy. Pockets not big enought for a large lens. It's Price.

I bought this vest because of the number of pockets and because it came in black. There are more pockets on it than I know what to do with. Althought the pockets are big... they are not large enough to fit a 70-200 2.8f. It's a good vest if you are not planning to load it down with a lot of equipment. 1-2 lens' film and a flash is about all I ask this vest to handle. It's not, in my opinion, sturdy enough for anything more. Here is why.. the material is very nice and very soft. In fact, when I got the vest home I ripped the fabric around one of the buttons when i was trying to un-snap it. And that was on its second wear.. and with no equipment in it. I sent it to Tamrac and they fixed the tear, replaced and reenforced the button... although they did not reenforce the other buttons. But I cannot complain too much. They got it back to me in about 14 days.
