Strength:

A complete package of editing tools for raw images.
Completely intuitive interface. Very simple to begin using. Everything seems obvious.
Great price for the Lite version, yet it contains every option a non-professional needs.

Weakness:

None that I have noticed.

I had used Adobe Elements 5 and Paint Shop Pro to convert Nikon D80 raw images to jpegs. When I tried Bibble Lite on a 30 day trial I bought it after three days. It is powerful yet completely intuitive. Everything is obvious and easy to use. Your original raw images are left untouched. Your edits end up in a small 6kb companion .bib file.

I am an amatuer and I use Bibble Lite. There doesn't seem to be anything in the Pro version that I need, but professionals obviously can make use of the added features. The Lite version has Noise Ninja and other editing features that include seemingly everything one needs to "develop" raw images. Both versions handle raw images from most cameras.
