Review 2 of 69

Price Paid:  $0.00

Summary:

Nice digital camera, I have dropped the camera a number of times with the only damage was to the body, specifically the battery cover. I don''t care for the software for downloading the images, takes to long. SanDisk makes a great reader. The setting for medium and best quality are the same, as far as quality and picture size, but the higher uses more memory.

Strengths:

Easy. Nice pictures.

Weaknesses:

Software takes to long to download through serial port.

Customer Service:

None yet.

Review 4 of 69

Summary:

Good beginner's camera or good for field documentation where exposed to dust and hard treatment. Easy to operate. Small icons on LCD screen, but easily understood. Requires fingernails to switch functions. Will render a decent photo, but requires good software and printer (photo smart) to print high quality for pixel range. HP is an excellent company. Auto turn off timer is a good mechanism for saving battery life. Former professional photographer who now documents real estate and real property for appraisal and construction progress.

Strengths:

Ease of use, good power source, durable, dependable, point & shoot camera.

Weaknesses:

Small options switches and LCD icons.

Similar Products Used:

HP 1000 Deskjet, 5200 Scanner, Kodak digital camera, Nikon digital camera.

Customer Service:

Customer service is excellent, best I have experienced. FAQ's well organized and website responsive.
