Summary: Got the DC-20 as a freebie when I bought my laptop, so had initally low expectations of it (you get what you pay for). It is easy to use, but I have MAJOR complaints about the software and trying to download the pics onto my PC. Cannot tell you how frustrating it was. Lately, though, there have been a lot of developers who have created simple programs that download the pics in batch mode, or let the camera operate as a webcam, snapping pics ever so often. These utilities have made this little camera a neat toy. I can now take lots of pics, download them and email them off in a flash. I like the picture quality. It is not super-high resolution, but I have been rewarded with some very good shots. And the ones I don't like? I delete them and take more. This allows me to experiment without wasting film. I really enjoy the DC-20 now, and can definitely recommend it. Strengths: small, easy to use, cheap Weaknesses: low memory, relatively expensive batteries Similar Products Used: None
