Summary:

This camera, when it came out, was pretty good. It does the job and the price it is at tells you the quality you will get. This isn't going to give you top quality images but what you do get is perfect for send e-mails and putting stuff on the web. People describe these downfalls, but most of them are things that come with paying more. If you want zoom, larger res., etc. then you need to pay more for higher-end camera. BTW, this camera is produced under different names by different

Strengths:

It doesn't cost an arm and a leg to buy. It produces the perfect size picture to send to friends and family over the net.

Weaknesses:

The color is bad. They should offer different shades. Camera isn't always recognized by the software, which can be linked to cables and software.

Similar Products Used:

Sony Mavica, Vivitar (same model), and Rioch digital cameras

Customer Service:

I couldn't get help on the camera as they had new versions on teh website and had removed easy links for this model. www.windrivers.com helped me get to the right links.

Summary:

In this not so perfect world I thought I bought the perfect camera. It is perfect for me because it is so easy to use. The problem is I have misplaced my cables and accessories, can't find them anywhere. I have to worry about hundreds of computers each day so my time is limited. If anyone can e-mail me so that I can find out where to get my accessories replaced then I can go back to using the great camera that I know I purchased. gfrazier98@hotmail.com

Review 4 of 13

Summary:

I now have had enough experience with it that I consider myself in the intermediate range of users. I have found the answer to my battery problem. I was advised by another reader to get some rechargable batteries and a charger at a total cost from about $15 and up depending on where you buy it and how many batteries you buy. I have been using these for several months now and it has paid for the additional expense of the rechargables over the alkaline batteries. It serves my purposes very well and don't plan to upgrade anytime in the near future.
