Review 1 of 3

Price Paid:  $425.00 from Online store

Summary:

It's classic and elegant look along with crisp clear photos make it suitable for anyone who wants to take high quality pictures. I've used it for about 2 years now and the quality of the photos are stunningly beatiful and I'm no professional photographer.

Strengths:

Fast shutter speed, great crips clear Hexagon lense, light, B/W Macro, stylish elegant design.

Weaknesses:

Low Ni-MH battery life, no optical zoom.

Similar Products Used:

Pentax 90mm camera

Customer Service:

hard to find other battery types and its AC adapter although their model #s are mentioned in the manual.

Review 3 of 3

Summary:

This camera is a decent starter unit if you can get it closeout for under $400. The image quality is great if you don't need zoom. It functions like your average point&shoot 35mm and takes nice pictures. It didn't, however, meet my needs.

Strengths:

Awesome color and overall image quality. Lens takes great, sharp photos; autofocus is very well designed. Auto white balance is perfect. Has nice black and white mode, takes nice macros. My camera came with Quest NiMH's

Weaknesses:

No zoom, won't work with less then 1.3 volt cells (NiMH cells die FAST!), poor quality LCD fades in even the slightest ammount of light.

None

Customer Service:

Non-existant. I needed the optional Lithium Ion battery pack and AC adapter. I e-mailed them looking for a retailer that would carry it, still havent' heard back.
