Summary:
I've been using this camera for about 2 months now and have been thoroughly pleased with its performance. To begin with, it's small, tiny, compact enough to fit in the cell phone pocket of my pants, that gives it fantastic portability! The zoom lens gives you 28mm on the wide end and 102mm at the tele. While it may not be great for those long distance shots, a compact digital at 28mm is wonderful as it allows the capture of wide landscapes and cityscapes! Megapixel resolution is adequate for a compact and it includes Elements 4.0 with the package.
Performance on the shutter is fast, almost no lag time(the time between pushing the shutter button and the picture actually being taken). ISO ranges from 80-400 with 800 and 1600 set only on a high sensitivity setting but I've found that anything above iso 400 is almost useless. But, thanks to the image stabilization, I can take low light shots at iso 200 and not have to worry about noise...although noise in really dark spots is still an issue at 200iso, but not enough to concern a 4x6 or 5x7. Overall, I've used this camera mostly outside at iso 80 and the shots have come out wonderful. I took indoor photos at a party and found that most shots were taken at about iso100 with flash so the noise wasn;t an issue. Hope this review helps everyone.

Strengths:
Small,
great resolution at ISO 80-200
great macro mode
image stabilization
Leica 2 year warranty

Weaknesses:
noise at iso 400
price, you can get the Panasonic FX01 for about $150 cheaper, only reason i bought it was that I got a deal
iso 800 & 1600 is just not practical for anything but webshots or maybe 4x6
