For the 100-250$ price point this is definitely a decent camera. Camera is easy to use, and with ease can adapt to the most basic of shooting environments- Outdoors, indoors, portraits, sunsets/sunrises, etc. 2 Regular AA batteries can be used, instead of an inconvienant rechargeable battery. Strengths:
-4 mp camera
-Red eye fix
-Easy to use image modes
-Built in flash
-Built in automatic lense cap
-Fits in pocket
-Takes normal AA alkaline batteries
-Self timer
-Take simple movies
-In camera help system Weaknesses:
-Slow frame rate, thus making the camera almost obsolete for movement and action shots.
-Slow flash recharge time
-LCD is grainy in low light
-Night shots are almost pointless
