Nikon Coolpix S220

You may want to rethink any thoughts of purchasing a Nikon product from Best Buy.

We bought a Nikon Coolpix on July 23. On Aug. 25 the camera stopped working. The display works fine, just it takes Black pictures.

Took the camera back to Best Buy with the receipt. Tech confirmed the problem. Solution??? I had to pay $35.00 to send the camera to Nikon for evaluation. Process will take from 2 to 6 weeks.

Long story short. Best Buy does not stand behind anything they sell. Nikon couldn't care less what you the customer thinks after getting you money.

Find a retailer that backs the products they sell. Pick a product that is supported by the manufacturer.
