from B & H Summary: I ordered this product in June, and B&H immediately billed by VISA for it. I didn't receive it until August. It was defective: when turned on the screen lit up, but no picture and no menu. B&H was very good about exchanging it, but I didn't get my 2nd one until August 30th. That one would download a CF card, but at a rate of about 256mb/60 minutes! The manufacturer was good about responding to e-mails the next day, and said I could update the software. That it should only take 5-6 minutes. However, this is two times I've gotten a defective product. So I returned it for my money back -- which B&H agreed to without a hassle. Strengths: Lots of good features -- in theory. Weaknesses: I also noticed the screen is of less quality than my camera and the photo is distored. No 12 volt battery adapter available. Similar Products Used: I've ordered an Image Bank. Customer Service: Both Nixvue and B&H were very good with service, and with the exchange of the first one and return of the second.
