Review 1 of 22

Price Paid:  $175.00 from Local store

Summary:
The zx10 sets a standard for other camera's in this range. Dispite the lack of mirrorlock (which I don't nead!) a masterpeace. AF works perfect if there's enough contrast/light. Otherwise use a Flash with IR beam. Up to now, all my slides were exposed perfectly in all settings and conditions (even in Aquaria)

Strengths:
Compatibillity with older models (lenses). Compact. lightweight and the build-in flash works good for small distances.

Weaknesses:
Plastic body and lensmount. Place of the hotsheo, if using a 2nd flash on the camers, the build in flash cannot be opened (with AF400FTZ)

Similar Products Used:
Pentax p3n Pentax ME Pentax program plus Minolta Dynax4

Customer Service:
Online helpdesk (email) responds quick and friendly. (Netherlands)

Review 2 of 22

Price Paid:  $0.00 from japan

Summary:
this camera comes with easy to handle body, but i think the body is too small for my hand, it feels so fragile but after all it also gave me lots of great pictures. I also can still use my father`s 20 years old lenses with adapter(it can read the exprosure meter!)

Strengths:
My old lenses still can be used

Weaknesses:
the flash light won`t come up and after the unauthorized dealer fix this problem(the authorized dealer can`t fix this problem), after that my selftimer can`t work no more!

Summary:
Cheap, easy to use, compact and light size. Can compatible with all Pentax old lens except screw mount.

Strengths:
CHEAP !!! But can still work with A or M Pentax lens, very economic choice for beginner.

Weaknesses:
Since it is a lower end model, it doesn't provide central/spot metering.
Less solid body and plastic lens mount.
