Strength:

Nice fluid head with one lever for tilt and panning. Very good plate that mounts to camera and locks tightly with tripod. Legs extend smoothly and one of the best features is the way to raise the height. Unlike cheap tripods with a wind wheel or whatever else this has a screw that adjust the tightness of the arm and this allows for smooth, fast, and precise use.

Weakness:

There are a few unfortunately but not enough for me to want to trade it in by any means. There is no level anywhere on the tripod which in some case (mainly very low light) it is a little more difficult to level the shot. The head is level but when the camera and plate are locked in it, the latch lever causes pressure which pulls the camera down slightly to the left. This can be fixed simply by raising the angle a bit but it is nice not to have to worry about that at all. The legs operate very smoothly and are each independent which has its pros and cons. The only negative thing about this is sometimes the legs are not all even, this is usually due to photographer error but I guess it will just take some getting used to. Dont let this detour you from gettting one they are great.

Very impressed with the strength and fluidity. I had been using a cheap tripod that can be bought at any store and this was such a nice upgrade and relief to have sturdy and smooth operation gear. I really like the functionality of this tripod and how easy it is to set up and it is very stable.
