Strength:

Well-padded; has a belt and another small chest belt; rain-cover

Weakness:

Zippers get stuck; too short for my 3001N tripod;not enough dividers provided;

Nice bag overall, compact, but I have Bogen 3001N tripod which is too heavy to carry on that bag coupled with the tripod head. The tripod head must be carried inside the bag. Also the bag is kind of short for that tripod. I was able to fit an all-manual Ricoh XR-1 body with 5 lenses (300/4.5-5.6, 35-70, 100mm, 19mm and 55mm), a flash, a tilt tripod head, 4 filters in cases, and bunch of other small stuff fairly comfortably, but there left almost no place for beer cans :-)
