Great bag while it lasted

It didn't last and the company did not stand behind it.

I bought a Pelican bag because they are the best. But, after 5 years, the handle started to fray. since Pelican guarantees their products forever, I called the company to send it back and have it repaired. They told me it was made by Omega and they only put their name on the product so it is not guaranteed. To me, this is a complete rep off. I paid for the name and the guarantee and was literally swindled by Pelican. Shame on you! If you name is on it, you should stand behind it. If you are thinking of a Pelican camera case, be sure the guarantee covers the one you are buying. I personally don't trust a company that uses bait and switch marketing.
